Why link up with Parallel ICT?

10 years ago, we set up Parallel with one overall focus - to create (for SMEs) an honest and effective IT team that provides quality advice and continual support in the North West of England.

We were confidently able to support PCs, servers, networks and security. We hoped our service would prove to be a healthy and worthwhile investment, creating peace of mind for business directors and managers that their IT was in safe hands.

But we did more than that…

Taking our 15 years background in the IT industry, we wanted to use our skills and knowledge to deliver plain-speaking solutions and give our customers what they need… not what other businesses are simply trying to sell.

Parallel goes beyond the traditional outsourcer. We are not here to assist your team. We want to be part of your team - through the peaks and troughs. As our existing customers will testify - we listen, plan and get to work.
